REFUND POLICY

Items that have been shipped by Pandit NM Shrimali can be returned within 10 days after the date of delivery in majority cases while for a few the return policy can follow the different trend according to their needs and necessities.

Return Policy – If a customer is not satisfied with the product, and he wants to return the Parcel. He/She will not get a Refund, they can only get Replacement of the same product. We never send fake items, but sometimes item gets damaged while transportation.

Seller’s return policy

-When you shop with a third party or the ones who possess their inventories and fulfils the requirements of the customers. Also Shipping amount will be bearable by Customer only, If customer return the parcel, company will only pay Product Amount but not the shipping amount. The products returned by the customers are sent back to the seller and not to the Pandit NM Shrimali. While most sellers who are working in collaboration with Pandit NM Shrimali, follow the same return policy as us but some might vary as well. While making a purchase, whether directly from Pandit NM Shrimali or from some third party seller led by Pandit NM Shrimali, there is always an option available to check the return policy of the seller from whom the purchase is being made in the section of Seller’s profile page.

Cancellation policy

Pandit NM Shrimali reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Cancellation of any order may include limitations on quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or price issues. Information will be passed on to the buyer if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled. If any order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be reverted back in your account. Any surplus amount for which we might have originally received authorization from your card issuer, if not fulfilled on time by our merchant banker, will not be charged. If the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, it will be refunded as soon as it comes to our notice.

Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to modify or cancel your order just send an email to info@panditnmshrimali.com.We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we can not guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for correction.

If you have purchased an item from this segment and the item shipped and sold by Pandit NM Shrimali is defective then Pandit NM Shrimali will replace the item.

Gugal, Kumkum, satin clothes

These items can be returned within 10 days from the day of receipt of shipment. But the main condition for these items to be returned are, they should be returned unused that is, the mass of packed item should be more or less the same.

These items fulfilled by Pandit NM Shrimali qualify for free return shipping. The product is eligible for free return shipping if the purchase page of the product includes “Free Returns” message. If the return of the product is not a result of Pandit NM Shrimali error, we will not refund the shipping fees.

Parad

The Parad sold on Pandit NM Shrimali are completely original but if due to any error the customer feels that the Parad delivered to them are fake then the whole Parad will be returned with no shipping charges applied. The whole amount paid by the customer will be returned as soon as the seller gets hold on the product.

Yantra

The yantra provided by Pandit NM Shrimali is made from gold, silver or copper as demanded by the customer. If they are not satisfied with the quality of metal used, then the whole yantra can be replaced but there won’t be free return shipping available. If they demand a different metal to be used to make the yantra, then the demand should be made before the product has been shipped. If the demand is made after the shipment process, then Pandit NM Shrimali is in no way responsible, and the product will not be returned.

Gem Stones

Gemstones are precious stones that possess great astrological values. At Pandit NM Shrimali, we try our best to provide these stones at the most reliable price to our customers. If the purchase of these gemstones is made, and they feel the requirement of returning the stone, then Pandit NM Shrimali provides the option of return, replacement or make a new purchase. The return shipment is not free until and unless the stone provided by Pandit NM Shrimali is not defective.

The return of the gemstones is valid within 15 days of receipt of shipment. If the day exceeds then the replacement is not valid.

Fengshui

Education tower, laughing buddhas, solar prayer wheel are just a few examples of Feng Shui products sold by Pandit NM Shrimali. If the product bought and shipped by Pandit NM Shrimali is defective at the time of delivery thenPandit NM Shrimali takes the sole responsibility and replaces the product or if demanded then the refund can also be made.

Rudraksha, mala and beads

The rudraksha, mala and beads are made from the original material and we provide the proof of originality as well. So if the reason for the return of product is any apart from damage then Pandit NM Shrimali is in no way responsible and the return of the product will not be accepted.

Spiritual books

Pandit NM Shrimali possesses a great collection of spiritual books. The books are allowed for return within 3 days from the receipt of shipment. Live plants and VastuLive plants and vastu products are not returnable to the Pandit NM Shrimali but can be replaceable. The products purchased from Pandit NM Shrimali allows a maximum of 10 days from the date of delivery on the majority of its products. If the request is made after the time limit then Pandit NM Shrimali is not to be blamed and in no way is responsible.
