In Hinduism, Wednesday is dedicated to Lord Ganesha. According to religious beliefs, Shri Ganesh Ji is worshipped first among all the gods and goddesses. Therefore, in any auspicious work, first, Lord Ganesha is worshipped. It is believed that in the month of Sawan, the benefits of worshipping Shri Ganesh are doubled.

Because like the month of Sawan, Lord Ganesha is also very dear to Lord Shiva. Ganesha is the karaka deity of the planet Mercury. Lord Ganesha is specially worshipped on Wednesdays in Sawan. This makes him happy and removes the sufferings of the devotees.

Do the tilak with Red Vermilion:- Lord Ganesha is very fond of red color. Therefore, on Wednesday, apply red vermilion Tilak during the worship of Lord Ganesha. After that, it should be applied to oneself. This showers the grace of Lord Ganesha on the devotee.

Make Durva offering:- Durva must be offered in the worship of Shri Ganesh Ji. As Durva is very dear to him. This makes Lord Ganesha happy. Devotees should make sure that Durva is offered on the head of Lord Ganesha.

Make an offering of the Shami plant:- Shami plant is very dear to Lord Ganesha. Therefore, you must offer shami saplings to Lord Ganesha on Wednesdays. This leads to wealth and peace in the house.

Offer some wet rice to Lord Ganesha–:- In Hinduism, rice is offered as Akshat during worship. Because rice is considered very sacred in worship. Rice is also very much liked by Lord Shri Ganeshji. But dry rice should not be offered. During the worship of Lord Ganesha, he should be offered wet rice. Pleased with this, he blesses his devotees to get the desired wish.

Offer these as food Ghee, jaggery should be offered to Lord Ganesha on Wednesday. This makes Lord Ganesha very happy. By the grace of Lord Ganesha, all the money-related problems in the house are solved. Happiness comes in life.

Chant these mantras during the worship of Ganesh ji:-

• ओम गं गणपतये नमः
• ओम एकदन्ताय विहे वक्रतुण्डाय धीमहि तन्नो दन्तिः प्रचोदयात्।
• गणपतिर्विघ्नराजो लम्बतुण्डो गजाननः।
• ओम श्रीं गं सौभ्याय गणपतये वर वरद सर्वजनं मे वशमानय स्वाहा।
• ओम वक्रतुण्डैक दंष्ट्राय क्लीं ह्रीं श्रीं गं गणपते वर वरद सर्वजनं मे वशमानय स्वाहा
• ओम हस्ति पिशाचि लिखे स्वाहा

Ganesha’s worship method

Meditate on Ganesha and start worshipping. If you want to keep a fast on this day, then take the resolution of fasting according to the method. Worship Ganpati by sitting on a pure seat with your face towards east or north direction. Give a bath to Shri Ganesha with Panchamrit, then offer saffron, sandalwood, Akshat, Durva, flowers, incense, lamp, camphor, roli, Molly Lal, etc. Offer worship and aarti to Ganesh ji by applying tilak of dry vermilion and offering Modak laddus to him. He has a special love for flowers of blood colour.

गणेश पूजा

हिंदू धर्म में बुधवार का दिन भगवान गणेश को समर्पित है। धार्मिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार सभी देवी-देवताओं में सबसे पहले श्री गणेश जी की पूजा की जाती है। इसलिए किसी भी शुभ कार्य में सबसे पहले गणेश जी की पूजा की जाती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि सावन के महीने में श्री गणेश जी की पूजा करने से दुगना फल मिलता है।

क्योंकि सावन के महीने की तरह भगवान गणेश भी भगवान शिव को बेहद प्रिय हैं। गणेश बुध ग्रह के कारक देवता हैं। सावन में बुधवार के दिन गणेश जी की विशेष पूजा की जाती है। इससे वह प्रसन्न होते हैं और भक्तों के कष्ट दूर होते हैं।

लाल सिंदूर से करें तिलक:– भगवान गणेश को लाल रंग बहुत प्रिय है। इसलिए बुधवार के दिन भगवान गणेश की पूजा के दौरान लाल सिंदूर का तिलक करें। उसके बाद, इसे स्वयं पर लागू किया जाना चाहिए। इससे भक्त पर भगवान गणेश की कृपा बरसती है।

दूर्वा चढ़ाएं:– श्री गणेश जी की पूजा में दूर्वा अवश्य चढ़ाएं। क्योंकि दुर्वा उसे बहुत प्रिय है। इससे गणेश जी प्रसन्न होते हैं। भक्तों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि भगवान गणेश के सिर पर दूर्वा चढ़ाया जाए।

शमी के पौधे का करें प्रसाद:- शमी का पौधा भगवान गणेश को बहुत प्रिय होता है। इसलिए बुधवार के दिन आपको गणेश जी को शमी का पौधा अवश्य चढ़ाना चाहिए। इससे घर में सुख-शांति बनी रहती है।

भगवान गणेश को कुछ गीले चावल चढ़ाएं–:– हिंदू धर्म में पूजा के दौरान अक्षत के रूप में चावल चढ़ाए जाते हैं। क्योंकि पूजा में चावल को बहुत पवित्र माना जाता है। चावल भी भगवान श्री गणेश जी को बहुत प्रिय हैं। लेकिन सूखे चावल नहीं चढ़ाने चाहिए। गणेश जी की पूजा के दौरान उन्हें भीगे हुए चावल का भोग लगाना चाहिए। इससे प्रसन्न होकर वह अपने भक्तों को मनोवांछित कामना की प्राप्ति का आशीर्वाद देते हैं।

इन्हें भोजन के रूप में चढ़ाएं, बुधवार के दिन घी, गुड़ भगवान गणेश को अर्पित करें। इससे गणेश जी बहुत प्रसन्न होते हैं। भगवान गणेश की कृपा से घर में धन संबंधी सभी समस्याएं दूर होती हैं। जीवन में खुशियां आती हैं।

गणेश जी की पूजा के दौरान इन मंत्रों का जाप करें:-

गणेश जी की पूजा विधि

गणेश जी का ध्यान लगाएं और पूजा प्रारंभ करें यदि इस दिन व्रत रखना है, तो विधि पूर्वक व्रत का संकल्प लें | गणपति का पूजन शुद्ध आसन पर बैठकर अपना मुख पूर्व अथवा उत्तर दिशा की तरफ करके करें। पंचामृत से श्री गणेश को स्नान कराएं तत्पश्चात केसरिया चंदन, अक्षत, दूर्वा, पुष्प, धूप, दीप, कपूर, रोली, मौली लाल, आदि का चढ़ाएं. गणेश जी को सूखा सिंदूर का तिलक लगाकर पूजा तथा आरती करें और उनको मोदक के लड्डू अर्पित करें। उन्हें रक्तवर्ण के पुष्प विशेष प्रिय हैं।
