Dhan Ki Potli – The four major days for Lakshmi attainment are described in the scriptures. These are the four such auspicious times of the year, Mahalakshmi, the goddess of water wealth, herself is known on earth. The first fast of the year is Akshaya Tritiya, the second Muhurta of the year is Sharad Purnima, the third Muhurta of the year is Kartik Amavasya Atharth Deepavali and the fourth Muhurta of the year is Kartik Purnima Atharth Dev Deepavali.
