सीमांतोन्नयन संस्कार पूजा

यह संस्कार गर्भ के चौथे, छठे या आठवें महीने में गर्भ को शुद्ध करने और माँ को सर्वश्रेष्ठ चिंतन करने की प्रेरणा प्रदान करने के लिए किया जाता है। उल्लेखनीय है कि गर्भ में चौथे महीने के बाद बच्चे के अंग, हृदय आदि होते हैं। इस समय अजन्मा बच्चा पढ़ने में सक्षम हो जाता है। उसके मन और बुद्धि में एक नई चेतना-शक्ति जागृत होने लगती है। ऐसे में जो प्रभावशाली अच्छे संस्कार डाले जाते हैं, उनका बच्चे के मन पर बहुत गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। इसमें कोई शक नहीं कि भ्रूण बहुत संवेदनशील होता है।
