Sri Ashtavinayak Yantra Chowki the powerful yantra Chowki literally means “eight Ganeshas”. All these 8 murtis are called Swayambhu effigies (self-existent).
“ASHTAVINAYAK”, ASHTA meaning eight, and VINAYAK is the name of Lord Ganesha. At all these places Lord Ganesh is known by different names, they are, Shri Mayureshwar, Shri Siddhivinayak, Shri Ballaleshwar, Shri Varadavinayak, Shri Chintamani, Shri Girijatmaj, Shri Vighnahar, Shri Mahaganapati.
Lord Ganesha is the god of intelligence, success, and wealth. Lord Ganesha is also the lord of obstacles. As per Hindu belief, Lord Ganesha is one of the most important deities, and in every puja people perform Ganesh Puja.
