Pandit NM Shrimali explains Shri Kamla Yantra Pendant, The Lotus flower is called as Kamal in
Hindi. According to the ancient Vedic Culture the Lotus flower is considered very sacred and a holy
flower. Kamla is another name for Goddess Lakshmi who resides on the lotus flower. Goddess
Lakshmi is the deity of the Hindus. She is the consort of Lord Vishnu. Kamla Devi is the Goddess of
prosperity, purity, chastity and wealth. Her four hands signify four spiritual virtues. Goddess Kamla
sits on a blossomed lotus which is revered as the seat of the divine truth. The personal charm of
Goddess Kamla is considered par excellence. Goddess Kamla Devi is worshipped through a Kamal
Gatte ki Mala and the flowers of the lotus. Goddess Lakshmi gives all the luxuries of life and wealth
to the persons.
Pandit Ji says, Goddess Lakshmi is one of the ten Mahavidhyas who is known as the wisdom
goddess. Goddess Kamala is the last amongst the Das Mahavidhya Goddesses. Goddes Lakshmi is
also considered as the Goddess of consciousness and creation. She is represented as a beautiful
woman adorned with golden skin and and she is seated on a lotus. She is represented as holding two
lotus which signify purity and fertility. Goddess Lakshmi has elephants at her sid which pours nectar
on her. Goddess Lakshmi protects her devotees from financial losses. She possesses the gif of six
divine virtues.
Goddess Kamala is the last amongst the Dus Mahavidya Goddesses. Kamla Yantra should be kept in
house or at office to achieve prosperity and to accumulate wealth. If a person installs a Kamla Yantra

Placing of Shri Kamla Yantra
1- Shri Kamla Yantra can be placed at your home or office. It should be placed at a particular
place where you can gaze it at daily. It can also be worn around the neck as a pendant.
2- Before performing the Pooja the devotee must take a bath early in the morning on the
Monday. He should wear clean clothes and sit on an aasan. He must keep the puja samagri,
the Gangajal or sacred water, and the Yantra. The Yantra to be worshipped must be kept on
a wooden piece.
3- The pooja must be started and the presiding persons must chant the mantra “Om Keshvaya
Namah”, “Om Madhvaya Namah”, “Om Naraynaay Namah”.
4- The devotee must pay respect to Lord Shiva, Ganesha, Vishnu and to one’s revered deity.
Then the devotee must utter in mind the desired purpose for which the Yantra is being
worshipped.
5- Now sprinkle Panchamrit and the Gangajal or the holy water on Shri Kamla Yantra. Clean it
with a dry cloth and worship it with applying a Tilak, rice and Dhoop. In case of the pendants,
you should put a thread or a chain of Gold or Silver and then wear it around the neck.
6- Recite the specific mantra for the Yantra 108 times.
7- You must only recite the mantra daily.
