Chinnamasta Yantra Pendant
Pandit NM Shrimali says, Chinnamasta, the Goddess without a head is the sixth great Cosmic Wisdom in the Tantric Pantheon. Goddess Chinnamasta depicts her capacity of surpassing the mind and its functions. Chinnamasta Mahavidya is considered to be the incarnation of Goddess Shakti who appeared before the Devtas when they were seeking for a wife for Shiva. Chinnamasta is one of the ten Mahavidyas. Chinnamasta means one whose head is severed. Chinnamasta is the great Cosmic Wisdom who helps the devoted yogis to free their mind of all ideas, attachments, habits, and helps them to surpass the mind and merge in the ecstasy of the divine being. Due to this, we need not fear the loss of our head because sooner or later the death will take us all through the great passage whether or not we want it. The sacrifice of mind is the only path to the spiritual awakening and complete renunciation of the thoughts which makes us feel of a physical body. In the spiritual tradition, this cutting and separation of head signify separation of mind from body, that means freedom of the consciousness from the physical body. The Goddess signifies spiritual self-realization and the awakening of the Kundalini Shakti. Chhinamasta is worshipped in the Kalikula sect of Shaktism, the Goddess-centric tradition of Hinduism. Chinnamasta is the Shakti of Lord Indra, which helps a person to be free from the limitations of the mind. Wearing a Chinnamasta Yantra makes a person get free from troubles, improves meditation and also improved perception.
