Greetings. On the second day of Navratri, we invoke Maa Brahmacharini. As guru maa Nidhi Shrimali ji told us, Brahma is in the name of Brahmacharini. That means, the one who practices penance is a goddess or a very grand and divine goddess. By worshiping her, we get patience, restraint, dispassion and salvation and many more divine blessings. Maa Brahmacharini is the goddess who brings welfare to all. If she has a chanting garland inside her left hand and a kamandal in her right hand, then the form of Mother Brahmacharini is the one who gives us victory by fighting in difficult situations. Maa Brahmacharini is the goddess who gives us victory and all kinds of siddhis. Maa Brahmacharini did very hard penance for many years to get Lord Bholenath as her husband and finally Bholenath had to be pleased with her penance and Maa Brahmacharini Devi received Lord Bholenath as her husband. Students of Brahmacharini Devi should do special worship. She is the goddess who bestows the knowledge of unbroken learning. Maa Brahmacharini uttered the Beej Mantra by setting up a Vidya Pradayak Yantra to the students who worship Maa Brahmacharini. Guru Maa Nidhi Shrimali ji says one should invoke that Beej Mantra, while worshiping Maa Brahmacharini. Maa Brahmacharini must be offered sugar in the form of a lotus flower offering to her. Maa Brahmacharini is the goddess of salvation, that is, by worshiping Maa Brahmacharini, we get salvation. There comes patience in our life. If a person is short tempered then he/she must worship Maa Brahmacharini. It gives them salvation. There is an increase in restraint and patience in them and their anger decreases.
